Our team works hard... Lisenby Properties has served the housing rental market in rural Northwest Wisconsin for more than 15 years – originally specializing in rehabbing older, under-utilized, and distressed properties. In 2020, Lisenby Properties purchased its first property outside of Wisconsin – in Thomasville, Alabama. Our team works hard to provide housing at affordable rental rates that are also energy efficient. From new windows and doors to spray foam insulation and energy-efficient appliances, we have made the right investments in our properties so our tenants are comfortable and enjoy lower utility costs than many of our competitors’ properties.
Lisenby Properties manages the properties we own. We offer a variety of market-rate, workforce housing options and continue to add to our roster of properties to better serve you.
