We encourage our residents to activate their personal Tenant Portal. This allows for better communication between our team and residents, allowing tenants to tell us about routine property issues. We make every attempt to attend to these requests promptly. Of course, in a severe property emergency where tenant safety or property are at risk, contact us immediately.
The portal is also used for the secure scheduling, payment, and tracking of rent payments. This makes life for our tenants just a bit easier.
We appreciate our long-term tenants and encourage residents to take care of the properties as if they were their own.
